Verification

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified . After verification, in principle , the order will not be cancelled during this period , considering handing  process already start, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find an good solution . 

Processing 

1. We can ship all in-stock orders in 1-3 business days as your payment has cleared.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays . 
2. All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.
3. With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods.If you do not we can't be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
4. We will ship according to the shipping address you provided, please notify us any address change before your order is marked "processing" to avoid parcel loss.

if we are experiencing a high value of orders , shipment maybe delayed by a few days . Pls allow additional days in transit and delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order , we will contact with you via email or telephone timely .  

Shipping

Shipping time：This refers to the times it take for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination . Shipping charges for your order will also be calculated and displayed at checkout .

1.Commercial Express

• DHL:3-5 working days not guaranteed, tracked, import duties excluded.
• FedEx:4-8 working days not guaranteed, tracked, import duties excluded.
• TNT:5~7working days not guaranteed, tracked, import duties excluded
• EMS:as the default for orders to Russia, and it usually takes 10-15 working days to delivery. tracked, import duties excluded

For express service, consignee has to help with the customs clearance issue when shipment reach the destination customs , in case import customs request information or documents. It’s important to pay the customs duties in time, or the package will be returned. We would request the customer to take charge of the return fee if it cause by the above reasons.

2. Small Packet Air

• Small packet air include E-packet , HK post , shenzhen post ,e-EMS and so on . 
• Small Packet Air has NO insurance.
• This shipping service usually takes up to 10-20 business days but it is not guaranteed. Small delays are possible (but rare) due to custom formalities.
• We do suggest this shipping method for low value and light-weight orders.
• Each parcel should not be more than 1 Kg. We will NOT send any order which is over 100 USD via this method.

We are not liable for any lost of goods via this shipping method which means we will not resend your order if it was missing or damaged.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. the tracking number will be active within 24 hours . 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
